“Firstly. The delivery. When the van arrived and the one man literally struggled with the weight and bulk of this item I asked him, due to the weather, if he would place it just inside the front door. A one word reply NO. So, I said well you canвЂ™t leave it there and said then put it in my garage, which he did. So if you have a large item then need the two man delivery which I hadnвЂ™t noticed I could have, but I wouldnвЂ™t have wanted it taken upstairs and unpacked anyway. The item... ItвЂ™s great and a lovely shade of grey. Well built and very sturdy. CanвЂ™t fault the item.”

“item is generally good, but arrived with bottom 1/3 covered in fine, sticky sawdust. The courier also went to wrong address, even though your map showed the correct location.”
