“Standard delivery very prompt. Ordered Sat night, delivered Tues morning. However, although delivery email stated 2 man and packaging stated 2 man, there was only I man who somehow manhandled the extremely heavy packages from the van to our hallway. I hope Roseland take this up with delivery company as it was not right for him to lift them on his own. We had to unpack the wardrobe in the hallway as the packages were too heavy for the two of us to lift upstairs. The doors were already fitted in frame. Unfortunately they are not quite aligned, not bad enough to return but a shame. Assembly of the top was fairly straightforward. The difficulty was fitting the top to the base as there were no guide points on the base to line up with, and top slides around while fixing it. The wardrobe which was manufactured in Vietnam is good quality, solid and finished well. We would definitely buy from Roseland again.”

“I am very pleased with my purchase. The bookcase is substantially made and has a lovely natural finish to it. The shelf height is suitable for most book sizes apart from large reference books. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company and products.”

“Everything about this purchase was seamless. The products were clearly displayed (and accurately described!) on the website; payment was straightforward; delivery was prompt (about 36 hours from order); items carefully packaged and politely delivered (and the Yodel Ap was brilliantly helpful). All is all well worth the money.”

“Nest of tables are fine just a little unfortunate that it doesn't match the rest of the farrow furniture we brought last year. We appreciate that sometimes things do get changed but we already have another set of nest of tables, tv stand and a couple of cabinets and this latest nest of tables is much lighter and doesn't have the shiny finish and also does not slot into each other the same way and is slightly different size so we can't intermingle. If it had been a more prominent piece I would have returned it but the nest has been hidden with a large plant and is not too noticeable so my recommendation would be to buy all the furniture you need together. Saying that we are extremely pleased with our original order and the staff and the prompt delivery and emails to keep us up to date.”
