“I needed 2 bookcases and was willing to pay more for ready assembled, due to arthritis, I am unable to put them together by myself. I choose Roseland because of the sixe of the bookcases but also because of the reviews, which most said, a delivery date could be chosen and the items were unpacked and taken upstairs when required. I will state that this was not on the website only on the reviews. However that wasn't the case for myself, first I was told the items I ordered were out of stock and would take 1-2 weeks, then with no warning whatsoever 4 days later one bookcase was delivered but was just put inside my front door I then had to unpack and take upstairs not easy for me. Then when I queried this I was told I should have received both bookcases as both were sent and that as only one man was delivering them they would only deliver to the door. But I was told that they would make sure I would receive a text and e mail for the delivery of the second bookcase and that it would be delivered on the day I required. It was another 2 weeks before the next bookcase arrived once again no text or e mail or phone call telling me when it would be delivered and it arrived on a day I wasn't in and not the day I asked for. Lucky a neighbour was able to take the delivery and she told me the man was not happy that no one was to take it. On top of that the bookcase was damaged which I am not happy about paying that much money for terrible service and damaged goods.”
