Very pleased with the quality of the wardrobe and it was easy to put together except for the front panel being very hard to work out which way up it should go - a discreet ‘top’ stamped on the upper edge would have helped, otherwise I would have given it the maximum rating

This is a small wardrobe..'Gentlemans'. I ordered it fit a narrow space in a bedroom. Perfect for the job. Quite well built...and easy to assemble (base comes ready assembled). Took an hour to put together.

Having purchased Roseland furniture before (tv stand and coffee table) I was expecting everything to be perfect like it was like time. We were really pleased with the previous furniture but this did not reflect in this purchase unfortunately. The wardrobe comes in two halves (the bottom is pre-made and you have to make the actual wardrobe yourself. The instructions look simple but are deceiving. The front door part looks exactly the same all way around and does so aswell in the diagram. However I got to the end to discover I had started with it upside down - there are holes to screw it to the bottom half but these are not pointed out on the diagram. When screwing the top on the screws did not line up properly with the predrilled holes. They screw in too close to the edge of the wood causing the screw to bulge in the timber and crack the other side. This is something which I’ve had with cheap flat pack stuff from Argos for example but didn’t expect this from Roseland. I’m now left with cracks in the wood which, although you can’t see them as they are facing the inside, should not be happening. One of the plastic magnetic catchers which keep the doors closed was hanging off when I opened the packaging and the corresponding screw missing. I found the screw amongst the packaging but it just turned in the hole and made a right mess. I had to use another screw you get in the box which is brass and not silver so it looks different now. There were odd chips in the grey paint on the front doors which is disappointing. There are these strange black smudges on the inside door frames at the top near the magnetic catchers that won’t wipe off. All in all, when put together it looks really nice but I I’m really disappointed with the quality of the wood and paint finish. This has put me off purchasing Roseland in the future and I feel like it’s not worth what I paid. The defects are small and so don’t justify sending it back but I don’t feel I’ve got a satisfactory product overall.

They look great. Easily assembled just bolted together with a few screws. Doors came already hung in their own frame. Very easy to get up the narrow stairs excellent product well made.

Prompt, friendly delivery. Took it upstairs for me. Didn't realise it all comes flat pack. The bottom is assembled but the rest is a diy job. Easy enough to put together, I did it on my own and took less than an hour. Only moan would be the screws were too short for the lid so had to get some longer screws otherwise the lid would not be secured on. Looks lovely once up, very sturdy.
