“The product is lovely, however we were disappointed with two things. The first box that was delivered had been damaged in transit. The packaging simply wasnвЂ™t strong enough to survive the knocks which meant that one side of the lid had snapped off. The second one arrived, no damage, great! We opened the lid and three screws snapped in half. Rather than ask you for a third one, I simply oiled the retaining arms which were very tight and drilled out the remains of the broken screws. Having fitted new, stronger screws everything is now fine. We got there in the end but I suggest you review both the packaging and the quality control before despatch. The problems we encountered were easily avoidable.”

“We like the sideboard very much and it fits our needs well. The delivery service was very good indeed, arriving quickly and well packaged. Just one or two little negatives. A small piece of the laminate is lifting from the side of the sideboard ( I can fix that easily ) and it arrived still being rather sticky from the treatment. This is improving over time. On the whole though we are happy with the product and will probably use you again.”
