“Should ideally come with a pre-drilled hole as shown on your website”

Hello Eric, Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry but we are not sure what you mean by a pre-drilled hole, the holes for the handles should be there with the handles on the inside of the drawers, also there should be a hole for the TV/ DVD player etc on the back panel.
