“Good looking, sturdy, good quality. Drawers a little stiff but there is stuff available to improve that plus use of course. They are tall. I was so focused on storage that I didn’t register how tall they would be next to the bed! However they still look fine.”

“I ordered a chest of drawers and a tallboy in the same range. I think the quality is pretty good, though a few things like the inside of the legs and the backing boards seem to have escaped quality control. Both pieces were delivered fully assembled. The drawers run smoothly, though the tallboy drawers are noticeably narrower than the frame they fit into, leaving small gaps either side. The wood is not heavy and this allows for quite deep drawers and quite a good amount of storage space for the overall size of each unit. The overall appearance is good and the colour of the wood is attractive and consistent. The tallboy was on a pre-order that was due to take up to eight weeks to deliver but it came sooner than that, and communication with Roseland was always very good whether on the phone or by email.”

“I was afraid that it was too short or small, as I could not buy something that exceeded 70cm in width. I was wrong. It looks durable, sturdy, elegant in not a pretentious way, beautiful and functional, tall, deep and wide enough to store many clothes. A shame one of the screws was damaged but still, the handle works with just one of them. I love my new Drawer Chest”

“Delighted that these are traditionally constructed with wooden runners and dovetailed joints. No more self-assembly with metal nuts which crumble. They are made in Vietnam; I'm not sure they are made of actual oak, the weight being lighter than I would expect. However, I don't see this as a problem; this should last for quite a good length of time. Price is competetive.”
