“Absolute disaster and dont be fooled everyone. All went smoothly until the parcel arrived. Got it out the box and it was damaged (which is fine ish, these things happen). On closer inspection only the external parts of the wood had been sanded leaving you exposed to splinters... this is just a basic lack of care for customers safety. When I explained this all to Roseland, they offered a free replacement however, they could only give me a day, not a time slot for delivery. So I now have to use a days holiday and sit at home until the currier (hopefully) arrives all because they couldn't get it right first time.. When I pointed this out, they did nothing. No acknowledgement and no apology. Very poor Roseland the more you treat customers like this the more they will go to your quality competitors like Cotswold Co”

“Very pleased with chest of drawers. Well made and feels quite sturdy. Packaged nicely. Courier service wasn't great though. Late, left on doorstep and a bit grumpy”

“This sideboard is slimline, neat and practical. I love it and it looks stunning. Communication was good throughout and delivery prompt. My only criticism would be with the delivery company where a 2-hour slot is actually only an estimate and it can actually come at any time in the day, also there was no prior notice of the delivery date so if you need to arrange work commitments to be at home for delivery you're going to have a problem.”

“IвЂ™m sure this would be a reasonable buy if you could get a perfect one. The first one delivered had a large dent on the top edge, it looked as if something had been dropped on it. The replacement had the drawer handle holes mis-drilled and all but two handles were crooked. Having said this customer service is excellent , a pity about the poor quality control.”
