“At fist the product looks to be good quality but on closer inspection it's very poorly put together. For the price I thought you might use more wood”

“I ordered a Mini Bookcase in the London Oak range to match other pieces of the same range. I am currently waiting for the fourth bookcase to be delivered as the other three have been returned due to the terrible quality of the finish. Mis-matched wood colour, chipped edges to the shelves, expossed glue, holes filled with an orange coloured filler...the list is endless! I am only perceiving as the dimensions of the book case are perfect for the small area I want it for.”
