“I am very happy with the item that arrived today. Would be a 5 but I think the communications around the problems with the original delivery could have been better, even taking into account the current difficulties. I had to call/email to find out what the issue was, but have to say that the people I spoke to were lovely. The furniture itself is very well made, with exemplary packing, and certainly much better than the alternatives I was considering (John Lewis included). Roseland would certainly be at the top of my choices for a future purchase, but a bit of work on the comms would be my advice.”
