“Excellent looking. Very good desk but putting it together was very difficult as the drawer was in the way of on one of the 3 fixing bolts for the legs. I managed it in the end with a lot of patience and a little discomfort getting my hands to the hex key to tighten the bolts,”

“Appalling service. The 1st desk arrived and a sharp nail was sticking our and split wood. 2 weeks of waiting in numerous times for pre booked delivery slots who never arrived and no communication. After over 2 weeks of this, relentless phone calls and emails the replacement desk arrived...the drawer bracket was almost hanging off, the drawer doesn't fit evenly in the space so doesn't full close and there is a 4 inch split in the wood on the top of the desk. After a tiresome, prolonged, unprofessional, exhaustive and incompetent process I was offered a feable and rather insulting £10 good will gesture...bear in mind I have taken numerous days off work to wait in for pre arranged deliveries that never arrived and an equally shocking £20 off the desk with split wood and a drawer that doesn't close. The 1st damaged desk still hasn't been collected so more waiting in for delivery slots that mean nothing as no-one comes. Roseland have chosen to use an awful delivery company who have terrible reviews for not turning up. They also lied and said they came but I wasn't here...when I was stood looking out the window waiting for the. An horrendous experience, appalling service, desk in poor condition and slapped together with no care...not quality craftsmanship topped off with an incompetent, dishonest, unreliable delivery service they choose to use. I will be thankful to have this most unpleasant experience behind me and will avoid Roseland at all costs as they have cost me far than what I paid for the desk.”
