“The drawer casing was budged with small bits of wood in attempt to make it have right angled joins. The bodging failed. The drawer was not centrally aligned in the casing and consequently did not open smoothly. I did not inspect the legs which were separate. The desk has been returned and I await my refund.”

“The Lanner Desk we ordered looks nice and well made but the wood of the strut supporting the drawer was split. I messaged Roseland via the website to complain about this but received no reply. We decided to repair the damage with strong glue because, as it's not visible, I couldn't be bothered to return the item. I asked Roseland to give me a partial refund (ie a discount on the original price) due to the damage but, like I said, my message was either ignored or never received, despite the fact that it was sent via their website.”
