“I was really excited as I was there when the sofa arrived. But it has turned out that one of the cushions is not as well padded as the other one. When Roseland were contacted about this they couldn't replace the cushions (don't know why). I received a £70 refund. but the cushion is still wrong. Kyle should have insisted on both the cushions being replaced to make sure that they were similar in size. I won't be getting one myself now, which was my plan.”
