“The furniture is lovely; really good quality. Although it was 6 weeks late and the service wasn’t great - I felt like they took payment and then communication stopped. We didn’t get updated on delivery and I had to call every week for 6 weeks. When the delivery did arrive I received communication that the team would unpack and assemble all items but on delivery they asked me to sign a “Refusal to have items unpacked, checked and assembled” document so they could drop the items and leave. I’m pleased with the furniture but sad to say the customer service was lacking.”
