This order was placed on April 17th and delivered on April 22nd; the order shipped next busienss day. You did order an AEV lift kit and all that has shipped, you are still waiting on the stabilizer which we have not received yet. That kit shipped complete except for that part, we have not gotten them into stock yet. Since we do not make the parts, we wait just like everyone else. There is nothing we can do here and not sure how else we could help. We will be happy to refund the part if you like, please contact us to let us know as the 5 parts over your 3 most recent orders with us have all shipped same or next business day. Not sure what we could do here, since we are waiting on the parts as well so we can ship them to you. As for communication, I see email replies to emails from you.
