From what I can see on the order the customer never reached out to give us an opportunity to exchange the parts. Things happen in shipping that are beyond our control and we happily correct these issues but we must know about them to start the process and does not look like we were notified. I hate to see a 2 star review on something that is easily remedied and does not exactly reflect on us directly. Also, this is on a winch mount that is bolted inside of the frame of the Jeep so is not a part that is seen and could be touched up with some paint and installed if in a rush since it is something the winch sits on and most times the powdercoat on anything being installed metal on metal in tight spaces gets some chips or scratches. But again, we cannot offer remedy without notification of an issue.
