“Perfect way to attach your hook and it looks nice and clean! The paint on mine was chipped, but I honestly didn't care because it's for my winch hook... It's going to get beat up! (I am positive if I had told RubiTrux about it they would have already got me another one) but I don't care and it seems to be good and sturdy which is what is important to me!”

From what I can see on the order the customer never reached out to give us an opportunity to exchange the parts. Things happen in shipping that are beyond our control and we happily correct these issues but we must know about them to start the process and does not look like we were notified. I hate to see a 2 star review on something that is easily remedied and does not exactly reflect on us directly.
