Thank you for your feedback, you were shipped a genuine part number and product that came directly from our local dealership. We make notes on the product about what is included and what is not, I am not 100% sure what you are missing when you mention the brackets as there really are no brackets and we list the tow hooks are not included just as Mopar does. To mount this bumper all you need are the tow hooks which can be brought over from any stock JK that has the factory tow loops. I do not see any emails in our system from you about this but if you feel the parts included do not allow the install of the bumper please reach out and let us know so we can remedy the issue. We have sold three of these in the last month and no issues from the others or any previous orders over the years for this part number.
