“Fast delivery. Really pleased with quality. Needed good sturdy fence to keep new puppy out of certain area and this is perfect. We painted it to match rest of garden fences/gates and is a really nice finishing touch.”
“OK I gave them a hard time for the 'free standing' supports but the Ruby Group acknowledged the problem and contributed to the solution. Good PR - I'm now a happy customer.”
“I bought 5 'free standing' picket sections to cross a York stone terrace to confine a setter puppy. Not wanting to drill into the stone, the fence could only be secured at each end. Having hammered 3 loose pickets back on (manufacture or transport?) I had solid very presentable 4 foot fence sections (should be at the price) .... but then came to the feet. Totally different quality .. looked like you use recycled pallets and got the fork lift truck driver to design and build. For a 4 foot fence the feet are dangerously inadequate. More free falling than free standing .... a puppy or child running into can rock it to the point of it falling over. It cost me £50+ more to construct adequate feet/supports. It may work up to 3 feet - but your foot/support design is not fit for purpose when it comes to a 4ft fence.”
“QUALITY, QUALITY,QUALITY.
Just what I needed to section off a bit off a lawned ÒalleywayÓ in my garden so my two pet rabbits can run free. OF course I staple gunned chicken wire to all one side first and will always be out there with them ! But were just as I imagined .”
“A really good quality freestanding picket fence - just what I needed to stop my dog getting through a hole in the garden hedge. It didn't blow over in a recent windy spell of weather. Delighted with my purchase and highly recommend.”
“Have been looking ages for a fence like this with feet so was very pleased when we came across this, now I can let my chickens onto the garden without them coming up the patio.”
“Just what I needed to keep the dog off a newly planted back garden this winter but still have access when needed. Sturdily constructed and works well because I could position the feet exactly where I needed them, to fit inside the uprights of the pergola. Simple to secure them in place with long counter-sunk screws up through the base of the feet.”
