“Great gate but their tracking needs to be sorted. No email in advance, went to work and got a tracking email through. Rang them up to say i was at work any idea when it would be arriving. I was told not for about 3 hours. About an hour later i went onto the tracking (you can track the van) said he was 12 minutes away from my house. Left work, ran like a maniac to the car, arrived home within 2 minutes of him knocking the door. So 0/10 for comminication.”

“Good looking wooden gate. The quality of material and construction is a bit below par. The bars are quite thin and the upright had quite a lot of cracking that will need filling before winter. The gate drooped a little once hung and we used a short post to support the bottom end to take the weight. We put an extra long bolt through the upright into the top cross bar on the hinge end as the joint looked like it might need the extra support. As the gate won't be getting a lot of heavy use, it's adequate for us for now. I'd guess we'll get about 5 years use from it before needing a replacement, which seems about right for the price.”
