“We had spent considerable time clearing brambles from the bottom of the garden and the fir hedge just didnt want to recover leaving bare trunks and lots of ivy. Rather than use boring fence panels, we decided to purchase some hazel hurdles. These allowed the top of the fir hedge, which is healthy, to still show but cover up the parts that hadn't recovered.
What a transformation.
