Ordered on a Monday on the basis of 3-5 day delivery. Nothing received by the following Monday. Turns out order not in the system. Promised next day delivery but nothing received until Wednesday. Hurdle damaged in numerous places including a clean break in one of the zales. Can't be arsed to deal with this any more.”
