“Ordered early August - received confirmation of delievery but when i got home, it wasnt there. The info suggested it had been delivered some 40mins up the road to someone else?
Then i find out that it hasnt actually been dispatched as there's none in stock (wasnt informed of this when i ordered it).
Over 1 month later and i'm still waiting!

However 2 of the ten pieces have significant longitudinal splits and there are numerous knots some very large certainly not like the picture on web site. Luckily I got don't need all the pieces for my job and I can cut out worst of knots and splits.”

Timber was delivered promptly and was very well packaged
Unwrapped 9 out of 10 packs so far with only one badly spilt board. Was able to use most of it around the back
Used to clad a new summer house. Becoming quite concerned about the amount of shrinkage of the boards. Fixed tight together, now gapping by about 5mm . Plenty of fixings used so hopefully it will all stay in shape.
