“The sample bag arrived already opened and the slider to reseal the bag was missing. The first months subscriber bag arrived 3 weeks later and I was UNABLE TO OPEN it even using two pair of pliers. I don't believe you are a NEW company; so (just me) if this is the best you can do with packaging WHY should I TRUST what's inside! When I called to inquire about your packaging the guy said; "...we've had some complaints and we're considering a different provider...". NO I WON"T RECOMMEND YOU TO OTHERS.”

The product price is a little high which I deal with but couple that with the shipping cost makes it way more expensive. I love my dog a lot but the special food too makes things hard.
