“My dog, Rocky, is an eight year old GS that I have had since he was about 2 months old. He lived on an 8 acre farm until this May. He was an outside dog, regardless of the weather, which was not my choice. I recently brought him to my new residence where he became an inside family member. He has arthritis in his spine and had obvious stiffness and pain. He also had bowel issues leaning toward frequent diarrhea. Had you asked me my dog’s weight you would have known she’s likely going to only need a bag of the green stuff maybe once every 2-3 months because she’s only 8lbs. So I was a little annoyed to see a notification come through that I was charged for another shipment of green when my dog wasn’t even close to eating half of the initial bag. I immediately saw images in my head of a closet full of ruff greens next to all my wife’s piled up boxes of shakeoloy. Please no I said so I immediately canceled the subscription that I didn’t even realize I had signed up for. I guess I’ll just order it manually when needed. Thanks for trying tho but love the product.”
