“First I asked for a return label be mailed to my address so I can return the last bag of Ruff Green’s. To date I still have not received the return label in the mail. I had to inform your company on two different months I wanted to stop my deliveries and both times you sent it to my house. This first time you told me that you would stop it next month but still charged me for the month that I did not want. The second month after the morning you charged my credit card, I immediately wrote to your company demanding to stop the payment and the delivery. No response. Later that day, I contacted the company again and the delivery was NOT stopped. Finally I got a response after I threaten to call my Credit card company and dispute the charge. After a few apologies they asked me to send the package back once I received it. They even asked if I wanted the return label mailed to my address which I responded yes. So far nothing. I do know that during the time my dog used the supplement she had to be rushed to the emergency room because she had a severe case of pancreatitis. We are very strict with her diet and can account for everything she eats. The only other supplement added during this time was a hip and joint sup. recommended by her Vet. Since the emergency Vet gave us a few examples of what can cause this condition she advised it could be anything that causes the pancreas to over act. Since there is no way to tell what caused it, we removed Ruff Greens from her diet along with dog food(changed to Chicken and rice) and she has recovered quickly.
I am disappointed how you handled my last 2 month of this subscription. I didn’t want either month but your company was hell bent on not refunding my money for the first month and told me I would not receive another month. I should have been more forceful the first month but I figured these vitamins might be good for her then she got sick and my attitude changed.”
“For so long, my dog sort of picked at her food even when it was the only food she would eat. I was concerned she might turn her nose up at this additive also. After a few days of not being able to eat around it, she began to eat her dinner with more enthusiasm and began to look forward to meals. It has made her a lot more energetic, and I noticed her gas problems seemed to be a little more 'tolerant' to that, I give your product high ratings! Thanks guys! I have signed up for auto refill for just that alone!”
“Neutral at this time. Have 5 dogs using it. Dogs are healthy but were healthy before. Unsure of overall benefit at this time and this product is expensive. I support Matt Walsh and wanted to try it since he was advertising it.”

“Some adjusting for dosage to much and he wouldn't eat. An even teaspoon worked best. Some new hair growth but scratching is still bad. Too soon to tell if he will clear up.”
“I started my puppy right away and I don't have any experience without it. She seems healthy. She loves her food. I think it must be great. However, I cannot open the package. It is sealed too tight. I have to cut it open and waste the resealable part of the package.”
“So far, so good. My dog readily accepted and quickly developed a desire for the greens. She is in her latter years and suffers from arthritis. She’s been consuming Ruff Greens for approximately one month. I haven’t noticed an increase in her overall mobility, but she appears to be comfortable. I plan to continue the Greens supplement and observe for improvement or maintenance of her wellbeing. There have been no observed negative effects.”
