“I signed up for a free trial bag and I made sure to opt out of a recurring subscription and I still got charged $68.70 for another bag the following month and when I tried to cancel my subscription the website says I don't have one. So why did I get charged another $68.70? I still don't know and I had to get a new debit card to cancel it.”
