“Not sure yet. I have two dogs that are using trial pack. Have enough for one more day so a bit too early to tell. Will know better when next order arrives.”
“Liked your product enough to purchase another bag. My dogs seem to like it but I want to see how they respond with continued usage. I'm using Ruff Greens on an older dog, an adult dog, and a 6 month old puppy.”
“Everyone I have spoken with on the phone prior to my order were 100% customer service/product supportive. The trial is a good idea, but no one is fooled, the shipping covers the cost of the tiny amount of supplement sent in the trial bag. Not a big deal if the nutritional supplement works well for my dog.
First & foremost, YES, I followed the slow transition to the letter, even using less than suggested, even though my GSD is already acclimated to freeze dried supplements and food additives.
Unfortunately for me, my GSD got smelly gas & diarrhea the entire time while on this. My first bag for $130+- showed up and I'm stuck with the expense and agonizingly on the fence now whether to try to continue to add this stuff into his natural beef/chicken/salmon diet I feed him.
It is quite disappointing and frustrating that the nice ladies I speak with, have no clue about their products nutritional ingredients and how they affect a dog in such a way as to have some suggestions on what I could possibly add to my GSD diet to firm up his stools.
Let me extrapolate on my meaning here: This company is solely a nutritional supplement for our best friends/pets. They specialize in what's the best dietary supplements/meal for your pet. YET, with the superior knowledge of what my dog needs and thus supplying it, how is it they do not know what could/would/possible be causing the Intestinal Distress/etc in my dogs diet of their product? Are they not the "experts" in the field of proper nutrition for dogs/pets?
I am not trying to be funny, I know industrial dog food is poison, thats why I feed my GSD only human grade food (whatever that means these days) I ad all the extra ingredients I have EXHAUSTINGLY read up about. Whole carcass diet etc. I mix in rice/carrots/apple/blueberry/yams/the list goes on. I try to mix it up to keep it interesting.
So naturally I would be very interested and concerned as to why this highly bragged about supplement is causing my GSD intestinal distress.
I tried to speak with anyone at this company who cared enough to help me with this, it never happened.”
“Ted is a 5 year old wolf hybrid. These dogs are very loving and loyal, but he had become a loner and was not interacting with our other three dogs like he used to. Something just wasn't right. After 3 weeks of Ruff Greens our Ted is back to his happy, loving, playful self! He runs and plays with the other dogs like a pup, and has so much more energy. Five stars for Ruff Greens.”
“Recieved the free trial, sealed bag but product filled the zip lock. I had to dig the product out of the zip lock channel before I could seal it. Other than that I am super satisfied. Great product. My dog has more energy for sure.”
