“I received my cat's first package of Meow Greens but he did not like them. Before I could even call or email support they had already shipped out another subscription before the 30 days! I called to cancel which they stated they could not so now I am out funds and receiving products that my cat does not like. Support said the package was already shipping from the warehouse and they did not have time to stop it even though I had only been notified 5 minutes earlier. I am not happy with the bait and switch and sending out products that were not agreed upon beforehand. Poor customer service, IMHO.”

“My three cats are adapting but needed the slow intrduction. They absolutely did not eat the powder straight, nor sprinkled on kibble. They eat mainly wet food and no seafood so the smell was a bit offputting for them. I now layer a small bit of kibble, sprinkle the greens, a bit more each day, and then wet on top. They are adjusting nicely and seem to have more energy. They just started so I'll see how it goes. Thanks for the trial!”
