The long sleeves mean less time and trouble wrangling a toddler for sunscreen. The zippered back and snap crotch provide two options for getting the suit on and off. She fits into 2T Old Navy and Gap clothing, so I ordered this rufflebutts swimsuit in a 2T. It fits her perfectly and is not tight at all. Any bigger and I think the butt would be saggy and arms too long. So I say order your toddlers true size.My favorite feature is the zipper in the back. It’s so easy to get on and off even when wet. The materials are high quality and I love the bright colors. There are snaps on the bottom for easy swim diaper changes. “I needed a quick swimsuit for my girls because store around us have been closed so I picked this swim suit because it had the quickest delivery and boy am I happy with them. The quality of the material is so much better than I expected and I know it will last all summer, the fit is perfect, I got 12/18 month for my 10 month old who’s 19 pounds and 28 inches and 2T for my 2 year old who’s 24 pounds and 36 inches. “This fits my 21 month old daughter that weighs about 27 pounds (size 2T). It fits but it is not super tight so she has room to grow during the summer and it will continue to fit.
