“My daughter 3rd ruffle butt bathing suit. She loves it. She is petite 3 yrs old that weighs 28 pounds. Bought 3T. The top fits perfectly. Bottom are slightly big. 2T would have probably fit perfectly snug. I will keep the 3T.
