“The suit itself is a perfect 10 stars--the cutest swimsuit I have ever seen! However I have a very difficult time navigating your website and ordering. Plus I have been very disappointed in your customer service. Recently I orderered4 of these suits. I felt that the order was not going through, partly because I was never offered the option to add a name or monogram. So I call your customer service and they told me that there was no record of the order. So I placed another order for 3 and all 7 suits arrived. I have had trouble ordering previously. Once, they were on sale so I tried to order. It wouldn't go through. I emailed customer service and they said they would not give me the discount because I missed the sale, even though the sale was going on for the two days I tried to order. I called to complain and they would not budge, at which time I vowed to never purchase from your company again. But I couldn't keep that vow, because your products are so wonderful. I am sure I will not hear back from you. Unfortunately that is how you do business.”
“Disappointed at the quality of this product. One popper is missing, so we can’t use it properly. Expensive for a babies swimsuit so I would expect the quality to be far better.”
“Tried to out this on my daughter for the first time and several of the snaps at the bottom came completely off the bathing suit, like they weren’t properly fastened on. Thought it was just defective so I returned and got a replacement. Same thing happened with the replacement! We can’t wear it if it doesn’t snap at all at the bottom. Clearly defective design”
