“So far the suit is great. When originally ordered, it came defective with a missing snap BUT I emailed and within HOURS customer service responded and sent out a brand new suit.”
“I opened the package, carefully unsnapped the snaps to give it a hand wash and one of them broke off. The suit and snaps need to be a little more durable/strong for toddler swimwear.”
“The suit arrived with a strong smell of urine, which stained the fabric in several spots. I don’t understand how it was allowed to be sent to us this way, since you could clearly see the yellow staining through the clear plastic packaging it was wrapped in. We had to throw it out, because I don’t want to return it and risk that it might be re-sold to another unsuspecting parent. It’s a shame, because other than this issue- the quality of the suit actually looked good.”
