“Very unhappy with customer service
I tried to cancel an order i placed 10 min after on Christmas Day bc I hit the wrong size
They replied that item has been shipped I asked for tracking number
They did not provide. I contacted fed ex to cancel shipment they did 4 days after when they received item ( so tells me it wasn’t shipped)
Rugs done right charged me $39 for shipping when I tried to stop this whole process and waste of time and now money I asked for a receipt since I’m being charged $39.40 for shipping I’m still waiting on that”
