“Spoke to the store before purchasing for advice. Call answered quickly and professionally and gave us confidence to order. The rug we wanted was not in stock but store stated that they were expecting delivery of new stock in one week. We didn't mind waiting for the right rug. The delivery was also good. The store informed us that the rug was packed and ready to be shipped (quicker that the one week we were told). At each stage we could monitor the delivery so knew exactly when to expect delivery. The rug itself is well made and we love the pattern. Our dog also likes the rug!!! We would order the same make again and would recommend Rugstore without hesitation.”
