“The rug arrived very quickly & well packaged. On unpacking it it had the usual ridges you expect with a new rug, however, after a week these were still as prominent. Contacted customer service who upon invesigation found it to be one of a faulty batch. So possibly these rugs are usually fine. The company provided a no quibble full refund without delay which gives the customer confidence to buy. The rug itself is hard wearing. Very rough to the touch, so not really one for bare feet. It appears well made and provides a shabby chic effect to the room”
