“I'm super super careful and fussy - but out of using the bag e.g. 100 times - twice now, my ipad has fallen out when I've picked up the bag - and smashed it.
The 'upside down' configuration - where the handle is the at the bottom and the opening is at the top (so to speak) - if you momentarily forget, and pick up the handle - the stuff all goes upside down, and falls out onto the ground - if you hadn't done up all the zips before doing so.
I'm the idiot who bought it. Don't make the same mistake. The designers surely didn't test this in the real world. It's cost me $1000's in lost gear. Totally unhappy.”
