“I’ve been using this bag for a few months now and love it, as someone who wanted a uni/work bag that has the capacity of a backpack but with a sleeker look. I like the customisability, and it’s comfortable with a quite a bit of weight (if it ever gets uncomfortable, I switch the strap and wear it on my other shoulder). HOWEVER, I would not recommend for anyone with a chest larger than a C cup, as this is definitely a bag designed with only men in mind. You can also get away with fitting an 11.5” laptop in the laptop sleeve.”
