“The item is very well made (something as a previous purchaser of their product I was expecting). Packaging was good and delivery a little late although understandable in these times. The customer service from the supplier was excellent!
The only concern I have is on opening the closure does not open fully at the end and becomes stuck. It then requires use of a little force to ensure the zip goes to the fully open stage (by pushing the wallet open or pushing down on the zip). I am hoping this minor issue will rectify with use over time.”
