“Bag is beautiful, however, came with a broken internal snap pocket. Wrote to Bellroy to advise! Boy… talk about being asked to jump through hoops and lousy customer service! Rushfaster have stepped in and will sort it out. Sadly the bag is marred by the lousy Bellroy experience! Bellroy customer service 0/10! Rushfaster 10/10! I think this experience has definitely reflected on my ability to rate the bag without bias.”
