Aer City Pack Pro Black Reviews

4.7 Rating 3 Reviews
Great bag by AER, always love their design language and materials used. There's probably only a couple of niggling things that's stopping this from becominga 5 star review. 1. back plate for the laptop compartment kind of weirdly stiffly sticks out a bit compared to the AER PRO PACK, and the lack of side handles is a weird move given there's one on the regular city pack. Other than that love this bag, a solid EDC bag and an even better travel bag.

When you look up "good backpack that is at the limit size wise for EDC" in the dictionary, this is what you will find. Does everything well. Solid materials, good balance of organisation and not too heavy. If anything, it's slightly too big for EDC for smaller people, but I'm 5'11" and about 90kg so it looks ok on me. I find review videos are often terrible with showing scale as many reviews use either giant dudes, or tiny people to review gear, but this is good if you want it as a work bag. It's chonk when packed out (depth) but it's never too wide and doesn't give that human turtle look. Solid option for "one bag" seekers. If I wanted multiple options I would have gone a 20L Aer Pro + a travel pack 3 + a peak design 3L sling, but for now I'll stick with just the one. Pick is full packed out at max width. Thanks Rushfaster, quick delivery!

Fits BOTH; my 16inch laptop AND 15.6inch portable monitor in the laptop compartment - with room to spare for notebooks & A4 papers etc. Quality comfortable shoulder straps, good-tight fit/body hugging secure feeling. Chest strap is convenient when required and can be tucked away (slightly) or removed when not in use. Decent admin organisation - the lack thereof seems to be the biggest complain I see, however I'm using tech/other-specific pouches which can be removed - so I don't have the same issue myself. Overall - A versatile work & travel backpack, great look/design, minimal branding, thick/heavy fabric construction - feels like it will last me at least 5+ years. Happy with purchase. The 1 gripe/-neg is: The external bottle holder is a tight fit. Does not fit my 1L Frank Green (insulated steel bottle) - does fit smaller 600/700ml or 1L non-insulated (slim) bottles. Chuffed as.

Thank you for your feedback! The Aer City Pack Pro sounds like a fantastic choice for commuting and occasional travel, especially for tech users. Its spacious compartments accommodate both your laptop and portable monitor comfortably, with room to spare for essentials. The quality shoulder straps provide a comfortable and secure fit, and the option to tuck away or remove the chest strap is convenient. While some may find the lack of admin organization a drawback, your use of removable pouches mitigates this issue. Overall, it's a versatile backpack with a durable construction and sleek design, though the tight external bottle holder may be a minor inconvenience for some users.
