“This packpack is fairly minimal, which is a plus for what I was looking for. The styling is clean and simple, and the false-bottomed laptop sleeve is welcome.
However I don't like:
- The diagonal zippered mesh pocket on the inside does not do a good job of holding its contents in place when opening the bag. In a week or so of use I have found I can't trust it not to spill something from inside when I open the bag up
- The main zippers are quite stiff. Coupled with the way the bag folds open, this means that trying to zip it closed always has to be a two-handed affair of lifting the flapped front, holding it in place with one hand, whilst tugging at the zippers with the other. I've found this inconvenient compared to other backpacks where I can reliably zip the bag closed with one hand without it being a task.
Overall the bag is nice enough to continue using, however I'm glad I got it on sale. If I had paid full price for it, I would have returned it for the inconveniences mentioned.”
