“1) Hood is very difficult to tighten due to the way the clamps are designed. If there's a sudden downpour and you need to put on the hood while fiddling with these clamps, forget about it.
2) Doesn't seem to keep me dry. After 15 minutes in the rain, the inside of the jacket is damp.”
