“The pack is well made and comfortable, but has a major design flaw in that the front pocket is quite thick and only goes halfway down the pack. This means there's a "ledge" you have to get past when putting things in and out of the pack if it is full making a lot of the space in the main compartment unusable unless you unpack the whole bag.”
