“Nice product that feels high quality. However, not as comfortable as I would have liked for such a "high quality" product.
- Straps are very thin with no cushioning. Expected more from a premium product. Shoulders feel the pressure from the backpack instantly.
- Excessive amount of metal strap adjusters. Some of which are negligible in adjusting the positioning/fit of the bag.
- Roll top opening doesn't stay "rolled" when closed. The bag unravels itself and it becomes just a closed flap.”
