“My leggings arrived 19 days after I ordered them. I am a first time Ryderwear customer and a long time Bombshell customer. I decided to give Ryderwear a try when I saw the ads for their 70% off sale. I get my Bombshell orders within a week of ordering, so waiting almost 3 weeks was somewhat off putting. I also received a tracking number that wasn't accurate. I waited a while and reached out to customer service where I was told I wasn't outside the 3-5 business day shipping policy... even though it had been 10. The math wasn't mathing if you ask me. I was provided with an accurate tracking number at least. Anyway, I finally got the delivery. I do want to love these leggings. They were comfortable when I tried them on. Supportive fabric without being too tight or too loose. Unfortunately there is a giant hole in the crotch stitching. Now I'm finding out I can return them for a refund... but I have to pay to cover the cost. That is outrageous considering I paid for a product and was sent a broken product. And while I was hoping to keep these, I don't think I even want to exchange them for a new pair as I'm afraid they rip easily at the seams considering how they arrived. I ordered two other pairs that I'll be keeping. But I will be sticking to Bombshell moving forward. Oh well. Don't know unless you try I guess!”
