“The dress itself is lovely. However the website size guide isn’t accurate at all. We all measured ourself before ordering and discovered that we would need a dress size up than our normal clothes . However the products have arrived and are all miles too big. Not even wearable . Contacted customer services and they said they add two inches onto the website size guide. I’m absolutely baffled by this. Also to get the right size I have to pay to return and pay again extra to reorder them . Very disappointed im sending all the dresses back as not willing to pay again”
