The texture is soft where I can peel it off easily without using knife. My mother-in-law also agreed. We tasted it, and I love the salted chicken. My mother-in-law said was nice but abit salty for her. My father loves it and he took one big chuck of both chickens and ate alone hahaha he is enjoying with the rice too

The rice still flavourful, nice colour. It has the chicken rice saltiness flavour, which lingers quite long even after eating it. Doesn't go dry even tho it's gone cold for awhile and still soft texture Eating with the chicken on its own was enough to get a flavourful combination. Don't need sauce or chilli. If someone gets to enjoy 2-3 types of chicken, would be nice to mix and match

Chicken is tender and juicy. Personally prefer the ginger flavor , texture blends well and brings good health to immune system

The essense of the ginger is a little bit salty, but overall the chicken & rice is very nice and delicious. For the original flavour, saltiness is just right. The meat is tender and juicy. My fam loves both of it.
