“I accidentally put the wrong address on the order and immediately once I realized it contacted sand cloud. did not receive a reply for at least a day or two and then the post office notified me that they return the package so I notified sand cloud again and I have not heard or anything or received the package sand cloud has my correct address nor have I received a refund so I'm very disappointed also my sixteen-year-old daughter paid for the straws with her own money for birthday party favors and her birthday party is now over so that idea is gone to. Would would appreciate some resolution. Will not recommend this company until there is resolved”
