They are going to get it resolved but still no product!! Resolving would me getting this $200 plus order!!!!”

After contacting customer service they are replacing it which is really nice but it’s been almost two weeks and according to tracking still hasn’t shipped out yet. “The kids love tie-dye, I love that the towel is light enough for them to carry by themselves! Easy to shake the sand off. I have noticed the tie-dye towels fade slightly in the sun. I haven’t had this problem with other sand cloud towels. They’re beautiful though and my kids love them! Would definitely recommend for hot days at the beach as they are thin & dry quickly but won’t be warm enough on cooler days.”
